Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days,

delivery is usually 2-3 working days.

Orders over £15 are sent via Recorded Mail 

therefore a signature will be required upon delivery.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We will not accept returns on personalised items unless we are at fault.

All returns must obtain a proof of posting to ensure a product refund.

A £2.99 postage and handling fee will applied and deducted from your refund.
